WordPress Site Down?
We Fix It Fast.

From urgent emergency fixes to ongoing maintenance, we handle your WordPress site end-to-end — so you can focus on your business.

First response within 4 hours for down sites during business hours. One business day for everything else.

What we handle

The same work we already do on production WordPress sites — packaged so you can buy it without a project kickoff.

Fast Response

4-hour first response for down or hacked sites during IST business hours. We tell you what is wrong before we start billing extra.

Security & Malware Cleanup

Hardening, malware removal, and firewall setup so the same incident does not come back next week.

Updates & Compatibility

Core, plugin, and theme updates without breaking the live site. Staging first when the host allows it.

Performance Optimization

Caching, image optimization, and speed audits so the site stays fast after it is back up.

What counts as an emergency

These get the 4-hour first-response window during business hours. Content edits, new pages, and “can we add a form?” go on a plan or a separate quote.

Site down or white screen of death

Hacked, malware, or spam redirects

Database connection errors

Broken after a core, plugin, or theme update

Traffic spike or suspected DDoS

Lost admin or hosting access

How it works

A short loop: report, diagnose, fix, then prevent the next one.

1

Report

URL, urgency, and a short description. WhatsApp is fine if the form is too slow.

2

Diagnosis

First response inside the SLA. You get a plain-language read: cause, likely fix, and cost if you are not on a plan.

3

Fix

Restore, patch, roll back, or clean. We do not disappear into the dashboard.

4

Report

What happened, what changed, and how to stop it happening again — the natural handoff into a retainer.

Maintenance plans

Emergency is the door. A retainer is how most sites stay out of that door.

Emergency (not a plan)

from ₹8,000

Diagnosis plus the first hour of the fix. Further work quoted before we continue. For sites not on a retainer, or beyond fair-use.

Already running in production

We already run WordPress in production for conference and food-industry sites — including GoDaddy Managed WordPress stacks, multi-site update cycles, and incident response when something breaks before an event. This is monthly work, not a new skill we are advertising.

Get help

Site URL, what broke, and how urgent it is. We reply inside the SLA — not a generic 24-hour window.

Prefer WhatsApp? Message us. Same SLA — first response within 4 hours for down sites during business hours, one business day otherwise. Not 24/7.

Frequently Asked Questions

Coverage, access, and what the SLA actually means.

No. We work IST business hours, Monday–Saturday 9:00–18:00. Down or hacked sites get a first response within 4 hours during those hours. After-hours tickets get a first look the next morning. Premium adds a weekend first-look for down sites. We do not staff nights, and we will not claim 24/7 coverage.

First response is when we reply with a diagnosis — what is wrong, what we need, and the likely fix. Restore time depends on backups, access, and the issue. A plugin conflict can be minutes; a malware cleanup or missing backup is longer. We will not promise the site is fixed in 4 hours.

Plans cover the work listed on each tier. Hosting bills stay with you. Custom features, redesigns, and new pages are out of scope. Emergency one-off work includes diagnosis plus the first hour of the fix; further work is quoted before we continue. Standard includes one fair-use emergency incident per month; extra incidents are billed.

To diagnose properly we need WordPress admin access, and usually hosting or GoDaddy panel access. You can share that after we reply — you do not have to put passwords in the form. We cannot fix a down site from the outside alone.

Yes. We work on existing WordPress sites regardless of who built them. If the stack is unusual we will say so during diagnosis rather than guess.

Yes. We already operate GoDaddy Managed WordPress stacks in production — updates, incident response, and staging when the host allows it.

WooCommerce and high-traffic stores start at the Standard plan. Checkout, payment gateway, or inventory issues may be quoted separately if they go beyond maintenance.

We will still try to recover what we can, but we cannot promise a full restore if the database is gone and there is no backup. That is one reason retainers include weekly backups.

Site down, or want it not to go down?

Send the URL if it is urgent. Pick a plan if you want updates, backups, and a response window before the next incident.
