Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Jacob Indian provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• API and microservices development
• Database design and integration
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• Technical consulting and support

Project Terms

For each project, we will provide:

• A detailed project proposal and timeline
• Regular progress updates and communication
• Quality assurance and testing
• Documentation and training materials
• Post-launch support as agreed upon

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• Initial deposit to begin work
• Milestone payments throughout development
• Final payment upon project completion
• Payment within 30 days of invoice

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom code and deliverables created for your project. We retain rights to any reusable components, libraries, or frameworks we develop.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, project details, and proprietary data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after project completion. Additional support and maintenance can be arranged under separate agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
